Sky glass

Hi. I have sky glass and broadband. But I want an upgrade to the new sky air gen. Trying to speak to human is impossible on these automated services. How do I do it please.

Sky Glass Air isn't really an upgrade on Sky Glass (Gen1 or 2) - it's a different, much cheaper TV with lesser specifications.  Do you have the Whole Home subscription on your account already? You'll need it in order to use both a Glass and Glass Air TV in the same household.

There's no specific upgrade path: you can choose to purchase a newer model if you wish.  The original credit terms on the current set (if applicable) continue as before.
