Re: Sky glass
Hi @Paigem123
I wouldn't have thought so. Sky use AIT for delivery and they provide wall mounting as an optional extra. I would assume that unless you upgrade your delivery with them, they will do a standard threshold delivery.
They would've liable for damage and likely don't have the scheduled time.

Re: Sky glass
Ask friends or family for help? Or a local professional/ handyman?
You can always check with AIT, but as I say it's not Sky that deliver them and would think it's unlikely they will assist unless you have paid them to upgrade...

Re: Sky glass
I'm not sure if it's AIT as the guy said someone from sky woukd deliver the new tv and take the broken one and I have no family or friends at the moment that could help. I also don't have the funds to pay them to

Sky don't deliver Glass they never had. I suggest you ring customer service and see what they advise. But 100% sky do not deliver glass TV and the replacement / collection is a AIT.

Re: Sky glass
It will be AIT that will deliver your replacement and take away the broken one.
You should get a delivery tracking email or text from AIT.
On there you will have contact details or instructions on the delivery.
You would need to contact AIT and ask them if they can help you as you describe.
But, as mentioned they normally would charge extra for such a service.
Best action I would say, as mentioned is to ask a friend or neighbour and the like if they can help you remove the TV from the wall.
Or on the tracking email, you could arrange for the delivery for another day, which may give you time to get someone to help you remove the TV from the wall, for that rearranged delivery day.
