Sky glass

Anybody have a problem with stuff sitting in sky glass basket and won't let me delete it on my app. I have rang tech team loads they keep telling me they can't see any issue  but  there must be someway they can delete it out at their end .

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
