Sky glass

This has to be the worse feeling watching the masters on sky sports. The so called future Sky glass is terrible it has paused gone blank and no sound , delayed every 30 seconds. I have never felt so frustrated with Sky. I changed because I was ensured the experience would be better. I would appreciate a refund and a switch back to Sky go. Or an improvement.

If you are in the first 31 days you can cancel in the cooling off period.

How are you connected, WiFi or ethernet? What speeds do you get?
