Why is my sky glass not showing Ultra despite me paying for the extra picture just looks dull

@Rivermai The picture looking dull does not mean you don't have HDR, have you tried adjusting the picture settings since having Glass installed?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes I have tried adjusting the settings , dosnt seem to make a lot of difference

Makes sure back-light dimming is off, it should default to off and local dimming is on, this does not default.

Next I'd go into custom and make adjustments to suit your viewing. Don't leave on vivid it's dreadful.

Once your happy with settings just reboot the TV.
