Sky glass

My sky glass keeps freezing and I have turn it off and leave it for few minutes and then turn it back on. It also turns itself off

What is your  broadband  speed  ? How is your  tv connected  to the broadband wifi  or ethernet  cable, you need a minimum of 25mps , 35mps for uhd and the more  things connected  to  the  Internet  the more the signal  is reduced, I have full fibre  to the property  gigafast  900mps  55inch sky glass tv,  freesat  box, computer , laptop, tablet  sky puck, lg tv, 3 alexsers
