Sky glass wall mount returned no refund as yet

Anyone experienced returning a sky glass wall mount through the proper returns with sky through the post office picking it up and delivering back to sky? Only it's been nearly 5 weeks and still haven't heard from sky to say they have received it,  yet it was  their returns label on the sky website I used. Phone sky twice now and still they can't seem to find it. I have the post office confirmation but that's all saying it was delivered to -:

Sky - Glass

 

any ideas

@Bierton Does it say anything in the Orders section of the My Sky app?

It just says sky glass wall mount received by me no acknowledgment of it being return in sky app or log in at all

@Bierton When you returned it did you send it via tracked post? If so, you could check its status using the tracking number.

Yes is says it was received by the address on the label from within sky app through the post office,  but have heard nothing from sky themselves even after phoning them they still can't see that it's been returned and still reads that I've still got the wall mount - confused as did what it said on the returns site within sky.

No it was quicker to go through the sky glass returns site with the post office through as it was tracked that it would register with sky it was on its way back

@Bierton Maybe, as you still have proof of postage, a superuser could escalate it to the online support team?
