Sky glass tv
Sky glass TV is stuck on updating software screen. I have currently moved house and don't have internet. The remote home button will not work

You will need some form of internet connection to complete the setup from the stage you at.
If you have a mobile phone, create a mobile hotspot and connect to that temporarily, until your home broadband is connected.
You will obviously need a data package on your mobile sim account to use that.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

I can't even get off the page to select hotspot at the minute. Tried resetting it several times

Rather than just restarting, do as it shows from step 4 recovery step here;
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
