Just case no other devices have an issue doesn't mean that your home network isn't the cause of the problem.
The sky streaming platform works differently to other devices you use on the internet, it has no local hard disk therefore does no local buffering and everything is run off of Sky's servers so if you don't have a strong, stable and fast connection to the internet you will be prone to having issues with a Glass or Stream puck.
How do you have if connected to the internet via Ethernet or WiFi? How far is the TV from your router? It's also worth checking the internet speed the Glass is getting, you can do this by opening Netflix on the Glass and going to Get Help -> Check Your Network and it will runs diagnostic.
Alos what broadband speed do you get to your property?

My sky glass doesn't work properly. It keeps crashes every time we watch something and apps don't work on the Tv. IV reset the TV number of times IV also reported this problem previously. I would like a refund please as I won't want another one when IV seen bad reviews of this happening to other people. It takes between 30 minutes to a hour for a app to load this isn't our internet issue as we haven't had a problem with our other TVs in our house.
