Had my sky glass just over a year and today it switched itself off and now it won't go back on I have tried everything not sure what to do now.

Try all the steps (namely the recovery process) outlined in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/fixing-a-problem-sky-glass/fixing-sky-glass-tv/art...
If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky and claim on warranty. They come with a two year warranty: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/warranty-sky-glass
