Sky glass tv with green and white lines

Hiya I've had my tv a little over a year and it's just starting to flash green and white line at the bottom of this can I get help to fix this or sent in the right direction to get it fixed thanks

Hi @Jj_smiler 

 

Power off the TV for at least 10 minutes at the mains. This will clear any software faults which may cause these lines. Other users have reported that leaving it unplugged overnight can help if 10 minutes doesn't work 

 

Failing this you will need to have the unit replaced under warranty. You will need to call Sky for this as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
