@Robert+Quayle You can only return it within the 30 day cool off, if you've had it for longer and you've canceled your subs the TV is yours. It's yours from day 1 regardless if it's paid in full or via the loan through Sky.
As per @TimmyBGood post any loan payments need to be made for the duration of the loan agreement.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
