Sky glass tv - only youtube and BBC IPlayer works

I have an issue with my Sky Glass TV where none of the sky channels work and report "There is a technical fault with this programme" and neither does Amazon prime and Netflix (both show errors).  However Youtube and BBC I player do work.

@Stuart15  Have you tried unplugging the TV and plugging back in?

Ive turned the tv off and unplugged.  Ive also reset the router.  The other Sky glass and puck based tvs work fine
