Hi 

either flick channel back and forth or pause ....should fix it for a while

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes? I've also seen out of sync voices on live tv channels in the last week normally happens after the ad breaks for some reason ...... I have noted the issue in the superuser forum and will keep checking if other users post here with a similar issue
