Sky glass sound bar is awful and crackles even on low volume. TV also freezing 10 or more times per day. Not happy with sky glass TV at all

How long have you had the Sky Glass TV?

2 months. I tried first with new hub so have the white hub but TV still freezes. 

I'm not happy with it at all

Don't delay request a replacement for the soundbar issue😉

I had the same issue. I called Sky and they did some testing over the phone. They said there were some known issues and after checking a few things they sent a replacement the next working day - no quibbles!

Give Sky a ring for further troubleshooting. If you are still under the warranty period then they should replace the TV.
