Sky glass sign up technical difficulties

I'm trying to sign up for Sky glass and get to the end of the process and get a message saying Sky are experiencing technical difficulties. Does anyone know why ?

If you are already in contract with sky q then you can only sign up by calling sky as they will need to swap your contract
