Can not link my sky glass tv to my sky account .... I get as far as putting in my post code and can not get any further with process

Don't remember have to put my postcode in to link to my account, is this a new tv or second hand 1 ?

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Spoke to guy from sky last. Iast night on the phone for an hour he tried his best but has escalated to higher ........ as on account it says I only have medium access for some reason ?
any way waiting for a call back but may not be till Monday .
just to recap
got home no WiFi on tv
it was on all other devices
did a system reboot
but when I get to the part of link sky glass to my account won't do it
Same email address for 20 years
passed word accepting ok
