Sky glass screen suddenly stopped working

Hi there,


My sky glass tv screen suddenly went blank/black. I have tried resetting the tv many times using the method of holding power button on side of tv whilst switching on at mains, then waiting 15 min to reset, but this hasn't fixed the problem. 

Any help would be appreciated,

Hi. The TV turns on, the red light flashes and the screen is 'lit' but black.
