Sky glass says you are connected but will not proceed to connect what else can l try

Have tried to reset your network or reset your TV but resetting your TV will take a very long time it might sort out your issue but do ring Sky before you do this. I just kept on resetting my network until it worked I just got my TV black from being a bank picture and had to reset my TV to get it to work
