Sky glass remote not working

Watching TV, suddenly the volume starting jumping to high and low, not long after that the remote stops working completely.

Tried changing batteries - nothing 

Tried the reset options, holding 4-6, 7-9, 1-3 - nothing 

Turning everything off at plugs and restart - nothing

Only thing that is happening is not and again the buttons would light up and go off. Same thing on the inside of the remote when the back is off, the sides light up red and go off. 

Is this a problem that can be resolved or straight replacement...???

@Bon3yboy We are customers like yourself on this help forum so you are not talking to Sky.  It certainly sounds as though your remote is broken.  Provided your Glass is still within your 2 year warranty you can request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote 

If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive.
