Sky glass picture problems

Sky glass is absolutely awful would not recommend. Constant problems since we had it, jumping picture, fuzzy lines going through background, slow, discolouration going from corner of tv to the bottom. Had sky come out to swap tvs and having same problem. Nothing wrong with WiFi. Anyone recommend what to do? Wish we could go back to sky q 😪

If you are still within the cooling off period (31 days) you can return the Glass.

Otherwise you will have to contact Sky to report the issues and see what can be done to rectify them. Sky may offer a replacement Glass, if you're still within the warranty period of two years or if you have extended protection.

Remember,  the loan (if you've taken one out to pay for the TV) has to be repaid  in  full whatever you decide to do with the Glass which belongs to you.
