Sky glass not working

Hi

 

Just plugged in new sky glass and getting up a black screen with dvb_t and hdmi. 

Below this telling me  0 signal strength and 0 signal quality. 

Then T underneath this

Was it working before? Try switching it off at the mains and wait 10 mins then re power.

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.
Sky Ultimate and whole home, Diamond VIP User
BT Hybrid FTTC, BT Smart Hub 2 + 1 disc
