Sky glass not Finding IP address on an Ethernet connected deco unit

I’ve factory reset my sky glass but it still can’t connect to a deco unit by Ethernet. Says it can’t find the IPaddress but the deco works fine with my MacBook and says it’s connected to the glass

You should  not have been a  factory  reset  without taking to a sky advisor as it causes  more problems  than it solves 

You will  probably have to ring sky about this issue

Have you tried rebooting your router and deco
