Sky glass lipsync issues

Hi. Installed our new sky glass tv today and the picture is slightly delayed compared to the sound. Ive tried looking in the sound settings, have changed to PCM stereo but nothing seems to work. Any help?

@bryderx Welcome to the forum and the world of Sky streaming.  The lip sync issue you are experiencing is a known problem which Sky ave been trying to resolve for a number of month.  The advice given by Sky is to change your Audio Settings to PCM or passthrough as a temporary measure whilst they find a permanent solution.

 

I use a Stream puck (not Glass) but experienced some lip sync issues in the past and I found Dolby Digital Plus seemed a suitable solution (try all the settings in the hope that one will remove the problem).  Since getting the QS028 update I have not had any more lip sync problems but am fully aware this has not been the case for many subscribers. I am now on the most recent QS030. 521.00P update and hopefully lip sync issues remain a thing of the past.

Get used to it. Happens all the time. Too late now but Sky Glass is pretty useless system. So many faults with it.
