Sky glass keeps freezing and restarting

Tried unplugging power and restarting, same thing, opens up the home menu and when you try and navigate, it freezes a coloured line comes across the screen and it restarts.

I have the same issue and the re set on the forum advise has made it worse now won't pass the section of start up where it test the colours and sound. Takes me straight back to the you're connected screen and ask to do it all again 😢

 

telephone agent said it's a know issue. It with no time line for resolution not best pleased had the tv less than a week
