Sky glass issues

There are many things so far that are happening with our new sky glass tv which we only got in September,

lots of the apps won't work including Apple TV, paramount.

the screen goes to black but the sound will still be on the only way to power it back on is by switching or by the switch.

the WiFi connection disables every single time the tv is turned of with the normal power button on the remote. ( we have gigaclear sky WiFi)

when watching normal channels such as itv, and sky channels the screen will go blue for a few seconds every few minutes and then go back to normal.

i didn't imagine this many problem with a tv which seems to be highly talked about.

is anyone else having these same issues?

The WiFi issue in standby is an easy fix. That's due to the default power saving mode that the glass/stream are set to.

Check the Glass TV settings -> Startup and standby, make sure Networked standby mode is on.

Re: Sky glass issues

Have you check the connection speed using  the Netflix get help Check Network?

What connection speed was reported?

It's a good idea to run it after times a few minutes apart🙂
