Sky glass issue

My sky glass TV is stuck on the software update stage and it won't go any further please help as sky are useless

Try plugging in an Ethernet cable temporarily while the update downloads

I had this problem  when the tv first came out and ended  up calling sky and they ended up replacing  the tv as it was stuck on software update,  you will  need to call sky and speak  to  an advisor  about  this if it's  not updating
