Sky glass crashing in bought movies

So bought a film, sky glass keeps crashing. Showing no picture or a frozen picture yet the sound continues.  Switched everything off and back on again and when it did play I rewound the movie only to get the alert playback not available at this time. I literally spent £10 on a movie I can't watch!

Im more than slightly annoyed as ive had the sky glass replaced once already. Im oaying for the tv still and it cant do simole things!
