Re: Sky glass constantly losing wifi
@Katie256 WiFi tends to rely on a lot of factors that can affect the quality of the signal. When I first got Glass the first week was a nightmare. I bought an ethernet cable to connect it to the router and rarely have had any connection issues in the 3.5 years since.
I would recommend trying ethernet (turn WiFi off in the Glass settings). If your router is too far away then Powerline adapters are a good option too.

Re: Sky glass constantly losing wifi
Hi @Katie256 and welcome to the forum. It sounds as though your WiFi may not be stable. I would suggest you first run a speed test of your WiFi being received at your Glass TV and not that being received at the router.
You can easily be checked with the Netflix App (Get help > Check network) and is often much less than you might expect. The minimum speeds recommended by Sky are as follows:
HD = 25mbps
UHD = 30mbps
HD + 1 puck = 30mbps
UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
These speeds assume there is nothing else using up your bandwidth.
If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable as already suggested by @Anonymous . If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £40 at Amazon). Note the Ethernet port on the Glass TV (& pucks) only supports 100mbps so don't waste money on the more expensive 1gb powerline adapters.
In case your Glass is also losing connection when in standby I would also suggest go to Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON. I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving. This will stop Glass losing the network connection when in standby.
