Sky glass channel 159 Challenge when adverts play the screen freezez

Watching Channel 159 Challenge Sky glass tv when it switches over to adverts the screen frezzes for a long time before picture comes back. I have contacted Sky try Ethernet cable and WiFi neither fixed the problem. Sky sending me a booster but I don't think it will solve the problem as internet speed good 160 m bytes. Sky will not replace the tv
