I have a sky glass tv linked to a sky Q box. However there are 2 banners appearing at the bottom of the screen as though the 2 systems are working at the same time. I had heard that I needed a sky touch remote however when requested this from sky it was refused

Touch remotes are no longer available.

It may be worth this thread being in the Glass section rather than Q.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
