Just bought sky glass air. Was told Netflix was included in the price. Just tried to set it up on the tv and can't access it.?? Any clues please?

Netflix Standard with Adverts is included in the Ultimate TV and Essential TV subscription bundles. Technically it's not actually part of 'Glass' : that's just the television hardware.

Checked my account and it states it is included. Will be sorting it out tomorrow.
