Re: Sky glass TV problems
What is your broadband speed, and how is the tv connected, ethernet cable is the best way and it's more stable
You can check what speed your tv is getting by opening your Netflix app going to help, opening it and go to check your network and run that

Hi does anyone else have trouble with sky glass TV constantly freezing and also making a very loud noise when freezing, this problem we have had from day one of having sky glass
This has been a fairly regularly reported issue since Sky Glass launched in 2021. It seems to randomly occur on both the gen1 and gen2 model. A large number of customers have reported that a reboot normally cures the issue, for a while at least. If it doesn't then you should contact Sky for further troubleshooting. If you are still under warranty and the issue continues then they will normally replace the TV.

Re: Sky glass TV problems
Hi @RobertSaxton This happened to me about 3 years ago and it was very disconcerting. I unplugged it and then went out for a couple of hours. When I plugged it back in again it was back to normal and didn't happen again until I sold my Glass TV about a year later (I moved to Stream).
Give it a try but if it doesn't help or it happens again call Sky for some more troubleshooting. If your Glass is less than 24 months old it is still covered by warranty.
If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution

Re: Sky glass TV problems
I've been having the freezing issues, but without the loud noise. Also having trouble accessing apps. I have tried the reboot, but that doesn't seem to have helped. May have to contact Sky as I'm less than a year in.
