Discussion topic: Sky glass TNT not playing any premium on discovery+

As a sky glass owner I've subscribed to all sports package which include TNT sports , installed discovery+ and signed in as I wanted to watch the premier league series on there but won't let me watch saying that I don't have a TNT subscription which I obviously do, anyone out there able to help

Hi @Lardo1970

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. Is your other discovery content working? Is your discovery+ subscription showing in Sky marketplace? And you have activated it as per Sky's instructions? And you haven't just subscribed?

Failing this you will need to speak to Sky or Discovery support.

All subscribed and signed in, other discovery plus programs fine just anything from tnt

i shall have a further look into it before contacting customer service
