I don't think many of Sky's advisers get it either. There lies the problem.

We've observed before that there's an inherent contradiction between the supposed flexibility of Glass (and even more so for Stream) and the historic Sky ban on more than one subscription product / subscription holder at an individual postal address.
It would seem to make much more sense for a subscription on Glass/Stream to be a personal one rather than location-based, particularly for 'generation rent' who Sky are actually marketing Stream to specifically.

Hello guys
sorry for not getting back sooner
my daughter works in A&E so she was off yesterday and had time to ring sky
waste of time really at the moment
they have said that YES she can have the sky glass
but i have got to ring up and De register the account then hand the phone back to my daughter so she can register the sky glass ,all at the same time ..
cant be done singley
what a total waste of time
she does not get many does off because of where she works
so thats not going to happen
i am going to get in touch on whats app AGAIN
see what the hell is happening
