Trying to watch The Woman King on sky cinema via skyglass tv. On clicking play, I'm then directed to upgrade first, the three coloured dots. But I already have sky cinema in my subscription package. Anyway, I click the 3 coloured dots button and i get another alert about something wrong and code MYSKY-1802 pops up.
What gives?

We have been advised there is an issue with content showing available when it isn't. For The Woman King this will be made available from midnight tonight.

I have all sky channels bar kids and have watched episode 1 of Magnum at the end it says episode 2 will start in 30 seconds and counts down. When it finishes it says you don't have the subscription and I have to upgrade via my sky this is not the case how do I watch. Also episode 10 of the good doctor was available Tuesday but not available to stream on glass I have to watch
on my phone on sky go why ??

Hi need help with my glass tv I have discovery plus last month I could watch programmes on there without paying now it's asking me to upgrade and start paying I have checked and it's been activated

My sky glass won't let me watch a programme from the start. Says I need to upgrade but it doesn't run out until July

Keep running into this error message on both main sky glass and also the steaming puck. Multiple reboots, checked subscription (have whole home) and manage devices and software update. Still happening randomly
Tonight went to channel 132, halfway through episode of QI, option to watch from the start so choose that and get the error.
Not sure how long we've had this set up now but there isn't a day goes by when something doesn't work as it should.
any suggestions?
