Sky atlantic ,day of Jackal not accessable

I have 3 pucks and can only get Sky Atlantic on lounge TV ,no access in bedroom and sons room

In order for the community to help we will need a bit more information. Is this the live channel? Or on-demand? Is there an error message? What exactly is happening when you try to watch?
