My Sky TV keeps keeps freezing. Picture and audio keeps glitching. I've checked on the sky status checker and they're saying it's all good but my TV has been frozen on the same image for the past 25 minutes. Tried changing channels and that hasn't helped. This happens quite regularly. Anyone have any solutions?

That checker is general to everyone not specific to you... So while the majority have no issue a few do🤔
It was the same with satellite😉

To eliminate internet speed as your issue please can you run the network check on your glass tv which can be found by opening the Netflix app selecting get help then network check
ideally you want the check to return a speed of 35mbs or higher
