Sky Shop Error MYSKY_1998 App Payments Error MYSKY_7998

Hello. 

I've got this logged with Sky support for over a month now but every time I try and access the Sky Shop, Your Products or App payment sections on either my Sky Glass or from any of our Sky Pucks you get various errors MYSKY_7998 MYSKY_1998 

Accessing via MySky website or iOS app is fine I can view everything. But I'm trying to upgrade Paramount+ which I'm told can only be done via the Glass or Sky Stream Puck. 

Customer support have had me factory reset every device multiple times and escalated to back office team who say it's fixed. But it's still not working. 

All I want is no adverts and to give them more money , but you can't even cancel the free Paramount+ without accessing via Store/Marketplace. 

Any ideas?

Hi @Jawson 

You should be able to add as skipping via the my sky app or via the website. My dad had the same error massage when trying to access the and a back office team has to resolve.

Thanks tried that. But you just get a page giving you instructions pointing you back to Sky Marketplace on the device. And for me same error.
