Hello, resigned with Sky in August and got the streaming service with a puk, I previously had a dish and never had any issues.
However the picture and sound keep cutting out across all channels regularly which is really frustrating and means you don't get to enjoy actually watching a programme as you either miss the dialogue or seeing the goal!!!
my puk is updated but this still happens immediately after an update. Any help would be appreciated.
