Sky Puck Software Error

In short- I had Sky Stream and Cancelled. It was in the early days so I could keep my puck.

 

I have now taken out Glass and still have my puck. I can log into account and everything is green. I can watch on sky Go. TV coming week week. I can't get anything on puck.

 

I have gone through hard reset, updating. It's stick on a page that states 

 

Software Error. We need you to contact us. 

any ideas?

Hi @MGhouse I would suggest you call Sky as the message says.  I imagine the problem will be related to the fact that your Glass TV will be your primary device and you will therefore require a whole home subscription to use an additional device.

You need wholehome to watch on a 2nd device, it's not free I'm afraid @MGhouse
