Sky Live throwing a CH01 error

Every time I use sky live it crashes and throws an error.  I've refreshed apps, checked updates and rebooted but nothing works.  Error below, anyone having the same or got any ideas.

Hi @Purky53 

 

Make use that it is plugged into to HDMI 1. Try unplugging the camera from the TV and power cycling the TV and once rebooted, connecting the camera and see if it boots.

 

Failing this try a full reset of the camera by pressing the reset button with a pin or similar on the underside of the camera.

Hey MikeAlan 😊

 

chd ked and we're already in HDmI 1. Have unplugged live and reset TV, then plugged it back in and then reset TV again.  Have also reset the live as suggested using the teeny reset button and a pin.

 

works for a few minutes and then gives the same blue screen error message, so no further forward 🙈
