The white light only comes on when the camera is in use. Check that it USB C cable is firmly connected and ensure that you have the camera plugged into HDMI port one, it won't work in the other ports.

If that's not working, try a full power off at the mains of your glass, wait a few minutes and plug back in. The camera should flash red while the glass boots up.
If this doesn't work, try resetting the camera by using a pin as described under AP03 in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/sky-tv-live/fix-a-problem-sky-live/articles/sky-li...
