I have just connected my Sky Live. Initially the light on the camera flashed red and after a short while it stopped and disappeared, but no white light appeared. I can not connect to video call or games. Am I connected and should a white light appear on the camera?

The white light only comes on when the camera is in use. Check that it USB C cable is firmly connected and ensure that you have the camera plugged into HDMI port one, it won't work in the other ports.

If that's not working, try a full power off at the mains of your glass, wait a few minutes and plug back in. The camera should flash red while the glass boots up.
