@LSOUTH1  It depends if you have it as a discounted deal, if so you need to see out the minimum term on any of the TV packs you have within that discount.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm on a rolling contract and cancelled sky kids recently via MySky app

 

it cancelled at the end of the next billing cycle.
