Sky Glass
Hi, I know people have been having issues with their Sky Glass. I've done what was recommended to create an update. Turning the tv off, holding the button etc
it worked for a few days but back to square one again.
any other ideas or how do I get Sky to have the blasted thing back?

Re: Sky Glass
@Jennir There's little point asking for a new TV. It's a software/firmware issue. Afraid we just have to wait for Sky to issue an update. I'm as frustrated as you, believe me.

Re: Sky Glass
If you've had your Glass TV for less than 31 days then you can give Sky a ring and they'll come and remove it for a fee of £25. You should be refunded anything you've already paid for it too. Take photos of the condition of it before it leaves you though as the sets are checked upon return.
If you've had it longer than 31 days then you'll need to argue with Sky that it is not fit for purpose and see if they will offer to accept a return.
