Sky Glass

My Sky Glass Tv keeps freezing and going blank . I can only control it with voice control sometimes. I have reset my router and switched the Tv off but it's still doing it . It's been happening the last couple of days . Can an engineer be sent out please ?

This is a public forum and we are all customers too. No engineer will come off the back of you posting here. Sky don't usually send engineers for all Glass. 

 

Some questions, what speed is your internet connection? And how is your Glass connected to the internet?
