Sky Glass volume not working on remote

My Sky Glass remote is not working,, the voice control doesn't work and I cannot adjust the volume.  When I press volume the search/subtiles/audio options bar comes up instead.

@AinbrayTry pairing the remote again as follows:

1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
2. Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds
3. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode).  A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.

If it is still not working I would request a replacement at the following link:

If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.

@Fothergill1 Thank you so much for your advice. I have tried the reset option several times but no success. I think I will have to go for a replacement. We did have a Sky Q remote but had to send it back with the box when we got SkyGlass. Thanks again.

That's strange as I just tried the link and it asked me to sign into My SKy and then produced the form populated with my details.

Anyway I see your issue has now been escalated so you should get sorted. 😀

@Fothergill1 Thanks for checking back in! It might be because I'm a Republic of Ireland customer. They kindly redirected me and have told me they will send a replacement.. Thanks again 🙂

Getting exactly the same. + button turns the tv off as well for me. Cant control the volume as just keeps coming up with the menu screen Tried resetting multiple times, no luck. Sky Glass is actually not very good.
