Discussion topic: Sky Glass remote voice command won’t find shows/ films

We've just got Sky Glass & are trying to familiarise ourselves with it. When we use voice control on either the TV or the remote it won't search for shows/ films. The voice control is working when we ask for channels or the playlist.

How to tried a reboot of the TV that sometimes clears wierd little issues like this.

just put the Tv into standby mode and turn if off at the plug for at least 30 seconds.

Tried that but still not working. It recognises what I'm asking for as it shows at the top of the screen but then just disappears without anything happening.

Do all channels and apps you have access to play without issue?

I had this on the first day of having Glass. It resolved itself overnight...standby process etc
