Sky Glass issue and bricked remote

Like everyone my Sky Glass is a total failure this morning, whatever they did has also bricked my Sky Glass remote so voice commands don't work either.

Went through Recovery as per Skys help pages, now the TV is stuck after updating and remote does nothing, it's dead, changed batteries several times.

Sky need to put an announcement out now

The issue of Sky Glass only showing Cinema yesterday was fixed at Sky's end at 8:20am yesterday.

Have you got your service back up and running after the factory reset issue?
