Sky Glass is not working

i have several times turned on and off my sky TV,  the screen is not coming out as keeping black and the power on sky mini box is not on

@LaoEmbassy  Do you have Sky Stream as those are called pucks,  a Mini Box is associated to Sky Q

@have you tried pulling the plug fully from the socket for at least 5 minutes ?
